Couch to 5k weeks 3, 4, and 5

Let's just say I have completed weeks 3, 4, and 5. I haven't blogged, because the past few weeks have been a bit all over the place and blogging wasn't a priority. But we have been running. Today (June 24) we ran for 20 minutes straight. John did just fine, I survived. I actually started to get in the groove and felt pretty good, although I was still glad to stop. Running is not yet my favorite, but it's not as horrible as I believed it to be.

3 more weeks of the challenge! I can do this. I AM doing this!
